Sprint 2 - 26/01/26 - 01/02/26

This document describes the main goals of the second sprint of TB2 and reflections on the past week:

Reflecting on Sprint 1 of TB2​

  • Clarified with client what feedback is expected.
  • Completed meetings with client, mentor and Sarah
  • Completed data collection session on the 23rd
  • Completed first prototype mount for the radar
  • Compiled notes from meetings and added the relevant information on Docusaurus
  • Successfully Implemented a camera section to the industrial visualizer.
  • Fixed issues with data formats in data collection.
  • Made significant progress to the overall goals of the project.
  • Overall team communication has improved significantly.
  • Thanks to having a dedicated PM meetings are now much more effective and efficient. Outcome: Sprint 1 agenda completed.

Sprint 2 agenda:​

  • Tom: Remove buffers from collected data and attempt to plot it out.
  • Tom and Michal: Test current model with collected data.
  • Dan: Continue working on camera functionality with the Industrial visualizer
  • Alina and Michal: Implement data recording functionality to the industrial visualizer via a button so that we can start and stop at which will increase data collection efficiency.
  • Alina and Michal: Discuss data collection session to find areas of improvement.
  • Henry: Plan next sprint’s agenda and complete PM tasks
  • Talal: Plan and start organizing the repository to match learning outcomes.
  • Henry and Talal: Continue working on the 3d printed mount for the camera.
  • Entire Team: Meeting with mentor Jack on Tuesday
  • Entire Team: Data collection session on Friday
  • Entire Team: Standup to discuss Sprint 2 on Friday
  • Entire Team: Prepare and plan for Testing day.

The agenda listed above is the focus of the sprint but not the entire list of tasks that have been or will be completed.
