This document describes the main goals of the seventh sprint of TB2.

Sprint Focus and Reflecting on Beta VIVA​

For this sprint we started by reflecting on our beta VIVA presentation; we received great feedback on our presentation, their were many positives, such as the slides, content, and how we showcased the technology. The two key areas we can improve are the speed at which we present (we talked a bit too fast!) and showcasing how the work we have done differs from what our client has given us. We will take this feedback into account in order to improve our presentation for the final VIVA.

  • Tom: Adding unknown label to model classification.

  • Alina: Remove turns from data collected.

  • Talal: Finish camera mount prototype.

  • Talal: Write sprint notes.

  • Dan: Research adding boundary boxes to visualizer.

  • Henry: Manage workflow for the team members, and help with data collection.

  • Michal: Continue work on CI and CD.

  • Entire team: Monday sprint meeting.

  • Entire team: Mentor meeting on Tuesday.

  • Entire team: Fix Commit issues on the repo with TA's.

  • Entire team: Friday Standup Meeting.

The agenda listed above is the focus of the sprint but not the entire list of tasks that have been or will be completed.
