Sprint 8 - 16/03/26 - 22/03/26

This document describes the main goals of the eight sprint of TB2.

Sprint Focus​

During this sprint we wanted to finish everything important that had to be finished before spring break, However there was also work done during spring break that was not during other planned sprints so we have decided to include that here as well.

Weekly Agenda​

  • Tom: Add gait classification history to smooth visualiser predictions over time.

  • Alina: Integrate turn removal in visualizer.

  • Talal: Finish combined radar and camera mount.

  • Talal: Collect notes for the previous sprints, finish writing them and add them to the repo and Docusaurus.

  • Dan: Add boundary boxes

  • Henry: Manage workflow for the team members and help with data collection as well as planning the agenda.

  • Henry: Help with admin tasks for SEP, such as the poster, handover doc etc.

  • Michal: Work on CI

  • Entire team: Monday sprint meeting.

  • Entire team: Tuesday Mentor Meeting.

  • Entire team: Friday Standup Meeting.

  • Entire team: Handover Doc.

  • Entire team: Team poster.

The agenda listed above is the focus of the sprint but not the entire list of tasks that have been or will be completed.
