Sprint 3 - 02/02/26 - 08/02/26

This document describes the main goals of the third sprint of TB2 and reflections on both the previous sprint and Testing day:

Reflecting on Sprint 2 of TB2​

Most of the sprint 2 agenda has been completed and what has not will take more time to accomplish. Overall team communication and project vision has improved a lot since TB1 and the team is now working more efficiently.

Reflecting on Testing day​

Testing day went really well, we had a lot of interest in our project and all team members were able to help visitors understand the current stage of the project and where it is heading. Most if not all visitors indicated that they would feel much more comfortable having this technology used in home security systems instead of having them being captured on video 24/7. Testing other teams' Software Engineering projects helped the team to both compare the stages at which our projects have reached and ideas to improve our own project.

Sprint 3 agenda:​

  • Henry: Data analysis (use python libraries to plot the collected data to present it to the client).
  • Tom: Troubleshoot data collection and model training.
  • Alina: Work on optimizing the industrial visualiser.
  • Dan: Connect the industrial visualiser to the model.
  • Talal: Find a solution to properly fix the radar mount on the tripod as all tools seem to be metric and not imperial.
  • Entire team: Testing day.
  • Entire team: Mentor meeting.
  • Entire team: Standup on Friday reflecting on current sprint.
  • Entire team: Data collection sessions.
  • Entire team: Look into CD.
  • More tasks will be divided throughout the week.

The agenda listed above is the focus of the sprint but not the entire list of tasks that have been or will be completed.
