This document describes the main goals of the sixth sprint of TB2.

Sprint Focus and Reflecting on the Beta Release to Client​

For this week our main focus was to take the feedback given to us from our beta presentation to the client and to improve both our project and presentation in preparation for VIVA at the end if this sprint. The feedback our client gave us was really encouraging highlighting the positives of our approach and giving us tips on how to further improve the model accuracy. This has given us a better vision for the future of the project and what we can do to elevate it.

  • Michal: CI and CD

  • Alina and Henry: data collection and testing the model

  • Talal: Wrote sprint notes and agenda of the week.

  • Talal: Started Sketches of camera mount design.

  • Henry and Talal: looked into commit issues on repo.

  • Dan: working on boundary boxes and visualizer.

  • Tom: Fixed Repo issue main ahead of dev. and continuing work on the model.

  • Entire team: Slide Preparation.

  • Entire team: Sprint planning on Monday.

  • Entire team: Mentor meeting on Tuesday.

  • Entire team: VIVA and presentation practice

  • Entire team: VIVA and Standup on Friday.

The agenda listed above is the focus of the sprint but not the entire list of tasks that have been or will be completed.
