Sprint 5 - 16/02/26 - 22/02/26

This document describes the main goals of the fifth sprint of TB2.

Sprint Focus​

The focus for this sprint is to fix any bugs and tie any loose ends in order to prepare for the beta release on Tuesday for the client. Most of the work for this week is many small tasks and bug fixes that were too numerous to name as well as admin work to prepare for the beta release.

Weekly Agenda​

  • Michal and Henry: Setting up CI/CD.
  • Dan: focus on way to improve the visualizer.
  • Tom: focus on improving the model.
  • Talal: Learning CAD software and 3D printing principles to make a camera mount.
  • Alina: Focus on Data collection and fixing visualizer bugs.
  • Entire team: Slide Preparation.
  • Entire team: Sprint planning on Monday.
  • Entire team: Mentor meeting on Tuesday.
  • Entire team: Beta Release to client on Tuesday.

The agenda listed above is the focus of the sprint but not the entire list of tasks that have been or will be completed.
